The Teacher training Institute has completed 108 years and is in the post-centenary era. It has been consistently functioning for so many years despite the changes in the society, in the teaching-learning processes, in the socio-economic. or learning levels of female students, with a change in their age, educational qualifications etc. But the Institute continues to forge ahead in a definite direction and strive with a single-minded aim and inspiration to ensure that the journey from being a teacher-trainee to a teacher is enriching and the teachers that are produced as the output of this Institute are in a position to contribute significantly to the society. We are at the forefront of Language learning as well out trainee teachers must be able to read, write, express themselves and teach well in all the three languages. We rigorously train them accordingly. We impart knowledge in Science, Maths, Geography in a very scientific manner. The core of the Training Institute is the “lesson’ (to be conducted) Every trainer and the teacher conduct a demo lesson which provides guidance to all our trainee students. Every student conducts a mock lesson to show how she would take up that lesson in an actual classroom with the children. This way the students are made to practice the pedagogy and the process are adhyapika vidyalaya and students receive several awards. Today the seva Sadan teacher training institute is one of the very reputed institute in Maharashtra and I am really proud of our students.
